OpenVPN runs on UDP or TCP port 1194. What blocks one of those may not block the other. What you need to do is to check if port 1194 is blocked or not. You could ask the network administrators at your work, or you can test it yourself.

If I was you I would import your CA, OpenVPN-Server-cert and a client cert in pfsense. then setting up an openvpn server on pfsense with the imported certs and then try to connect with an IPcop client config file and the correct certs to pfsense. if that is working than you know what you have to do if you do not like any downtime for your clients.

OpenVPN on IPCop Thanks for reply Marbles ,i actually got it right ,by just entering Default Gateway in OpenVPN GUI inside IPCop ,once vpn on client side is established the VPN`s default gateway path has less cost than the dialup default gateway ,so all internet traffic automatically gets routed through vpn gateway.
